Kim Fremont, RD LD MEd - Sr VP, Consulting
Kim has over 35 years of experience in all aspects of nutritional care and foodservice. Kim is responsible for overseeing consulting services and the DiningRD consultant dietitian network. Kim’s background includes a Bachelor of Science in Medical Dietetics from the University of Illinois, Chicago and a Master’s in Education and Instructional Technology from Southern Illinois at Edwardsville. Kim loves cooking for her friends and family as well as boating and skiing.
