Kim Fremont, MSEd, RD, LDN is Co-Founder and Senior Vice President of Consulting Services at DiningRD, where she leads the company's nationwide consulting division and oversees one of the nation's largest networks of Registered Dietitians serving senior living communities. With more than 35 years of experience in clinical nutrition, foodservice management, regulatory compliance, and senior living consulting, Kim has helped shape DiningRD into a trusted leader in senior living dining solutions.
Throughout her career, Kim has been dedicated to advancing nutrition and dining services through innovative consulting, education, and operational best practices. She works closely with senior living providers to strengthen clinical outcomes, enhance dining operations, support regulatory compliance, and improve the resident experience. A respected educator, mentor, and national speaker, Kim has developed industry resources and professional education programs that have helped thousands of communities and nutrition professionals nationwide.
Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Medical Dietetics from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Master of Science in Instructional Technology from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. She is an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and has served in multiple leadership roles within the Dietetics in Health Care Communities (DHCC) practice group, including Chair, reflecting her longstanding commitment to advancing the profession and supporting the next generation of nutrition leaders.
