Nutritional Assessment

We assess and monitor resident nutritional status on an ongoing basis. We focus on key clinical indicators such as weight management, skin integrity, hydration and more. These assessments are designed to help your residents thrive – while also monitoring for certain risks like malnutrition and therapeutic diet compliance. Each nutritional assessment is tracked and stored electronically with reporting accessible to your care team in our DiningHub portal.
