With nearly 30 years of experience in senior living, foodservice management, culinary arts, medical nutrition therapy, education, and consulting, Elaine is passionate about building strong teams that support exceptional resident care.

As the founder of EZ Nutrition, which joined the DiningRD family in 2022, Elaine has dedicated her career to advancing the senior living profession through education, mentorship, and innovative solutions. A nationally recognized speaker, author, and former board member of the Dietitians in Health Care Communities (DHCC) practice group of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, she continues to share her expertise while helping DiningRD recruit and develop top nutrition professionals across the country.
