DiningRD, formerly Health Technologies, was established in 1994 and is headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri. The comprehensive Menu Technology, Consulting, and Education programs at DiningRD are designed and supported by a team of Registered Dietitians and other nutrition experts with extensive food service experience and long-standing senior living industry experience.

DiningRD currently provides Menu Technology, Consulting Services, and Education to more than 8,500 healthcare communities across 49 states. DiningRD is committed to improving dining and nutrition services in long term care communities through Expert Clinical Consulting, Innovative Software Solutions, and Training Support for food service teams.
