Carol Sapp RD LD MBA - CEO
Carol Sapp is the CEO of DiningRD, formerly known as Health Technologies. Since it’s inception in 1994, Carol has led operations and provided leadership oversight for DiningRD. Carol’s extensive experience in nutrition care management, passions for new technology trends, and focus on resident care create a perfect background for driving innovative services from DiningRD. Carol is a graduate of Central Missouri State University where she earned her degree in Dietetics. She received an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis. Carol is an avid skier and is rarely without a quad grande Americano in hand.
